Fresh Rosemay to enhance your oils or make a hair rinse tea. Rosemary is considered a healing oil as it:
•have anti-inflammatory properties
•promotes nerve growth
•promote hair and scalp health
Add a sprig into your healthy hair oil (1 cup of your own oil blend) and infuse for 7days then use.
For a hair rinse: Use 1-2 tablespoons of rosemary to 2 cup of boiling water (add to your green or black tea rinse mixture). Simmer for 2-3 minutes then allow to cool. Place mixture in a squeez bottle or cup and apply to hair and massage in. You can leave in hair or rinse with cool-luke warm water.
