Refund policy
All items are non-refundable all sales are final. Due to Covid, we will not be taking any returned products. If your order arrives incorrect, please email us within 3 days of arrival. You will have the option of replacing the items or a gift card for the amount of the product. If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please send an email to hairofnature@yahoo.com with pictures of the issue within 72 hrs of receiving your package. If your order is not received within 10 business days after getting your tracking, send an email to hairofnature@yahoo.com so we can investigate and open a claim.
