Please double-check your mailing address. Once you complete your order shipping address can not be changed. You can cancel your order within 24 hours and you will receive a credit in the form of a gift card. Hair of Nature ships through USPS for all domestic packages. FedEx is used for all international customers. If items arrive damaged YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL WITH IN 48HR for us to investigate and start the claim process.
